Excersie regime
This is a great time to get the abs I've been wanting for so long and get rid of the tummy, flabby arms and elephant thighs. Nothing to stress over- just plain work out. Have a peak at my daily (well, maybe not) excercise regime.
1) Brisk walk - 30min
2) 700m free, 100m breast- 30min (will increase the distance and hopefully decrease time after longer swim period)
3) appro. 8 hours standing and serving customers
Results so far?
1) A very exhausted Cammy with sore feet
2) A slightly flatter tummy (I swear)
3) Aching arms and joints but firmer nontheless
Outcome after a month?
1) Hopefully a slimmer, muscular me
Been excercising but have been increasing my food intake as well. This is no good. Extra food stuff consumed:
1) Another portion of Aunty Mary's laksa
2) Three Cadbury pringle-like chocolate slices
3) Vanilla ice cream with wafer
4) Tuna puff
5) Curry puff after dinner
Yikes. This is dire.
