Smoked salmon sandwich

This is going to be a pretty boring post. It's 11.30 at night and I should be having some shut eye now but for some weird obscure reason, I don't have the urge to sleep. Maybe it's because it's Wednesday tomorrow and since it's my free-est day of the week, I'm taking it for granted and staying up late.

Today was a pretty cruisey day at Uni. Had just one biosci lec and one lab. I'm really enjoying the lectures by Ken Scott. He's currently doing DNA stuff and taught us about Vitamins last year. And from checking my manual and the lecturers we're going to get later on, I really think the biosci lecturers will turn out to be the best lot. We spent three hours looking at electron microscopy techniques, images and the machines that were worth 2 million dollars. Nothing too exciting though the worh sheet at the end was quite confusing.

And so went down to town for lunch with mom. Was kinda hoping she'd bring me to Yum Cha, but alas, she packed a smoked salmon sandwich for me instead. Groan.. but to satisfy my dumpling cravings, she got me the prawn dumpling..yum! Then went to the Central Library to digest the lab material. That was before I found out I actually forgot to top up my bus card and staple my 205 lecture notes. So had to hike up Albert's Park to get back to campus to top op bus card and staple notes. My day afternoon ended with my weekly 1km swim. It sure felt good after a week of not being in the water. So I came out, chlorinated but feeling rather fresh.

There you go. My day in a nut shell. It's 15 minutes to the hour. Good night.
